This AI Disclosure explains how Yieldly uses artificial intelligence, the limitations of AI-generated content, and your responsibilities. It supplements our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure.

1. AI Features in Yieldly

The Service includes AI-assisted features that may generate summaries, insights, suggestions, narratives, proposals, and other content — for example, market-intelligence summaries, journal and analytics assistance, mistake/pattern suggestions, and chat-style assistance. These features use third-party AI models to process inputs and produce outputs.

Sensa Inc. currently uses Anthropic Claude models and may use additional AI providers in the future.

2. AI Outputs Are Not Advice

AI-generated content is provided for informational and educational purposes only and is not investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or instrument. AI outputs are general in nature and not tailored to your circumstances.

3. Limitations of AI — Read Carefully

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. AI can produce errors, omissions, or "hallucinations" — confident-sounding statements that are wrong.
• AI outputs are generated automatically and are not reviewed by licensed financial professionals before being shown to you.
• You must independently verify any AI-generated information — against primary sources, your broker, and, where appropriate, a licensed professional — before acting on it.
• AI outputs do not predict the future, and past or simulated results described by AI are not indicative of future results.

4. AI and Automated Trading

Where you enable AI-assisted or AI-influenced automation (such as signals, rules, or auto-trade features), AI-derived outputs may contribute to orders that are transmitted without further human review. The limitations in Section 3 apply fully to those features. You are responsible for configuring, arming, disarming, and monitoring any automated feature and for the resulting orders. See the Risk Disclosure and the broker integration sections of the Terms of Service and Risk Disclosure.

5. How Your Data Is Used with AI

• To generate AI features you use, we send relevant inputs (such as text you provide, journal context, or market data) to a third-party AI provider, which processes them under contractual terms.
• We do not use your content to train third-party AI models, and our AI providers do not train their models on your data.
• Voice-memo audio is never sent to any AI or speech-to-text provider unless you explicitly request transcription.

6. Human Oversight and Controls

Many AI features are presented for your review before any action (human-in-the-loop). Features that act automatically do so only when you have enabled and armed them, and they include controls (such as caps, cooldowns, and disarm/kill-switch). These controls reduce but do not eliminate risk.

7. No Guarantee

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it, to the fullest extent permitted by law (see the Terms of Service).

8. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this AI Disclosure as our AI features and providers evolve. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date.
