Cookie Policy

Yieldly, operated by Sensa Inc. ("Sensa," "we," "us," or "our")

This Cookie Policy explains how Yieldly uses cookies and similar technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, and tokens. They help a site function, remember preferences, keep you signed in, secure your session, and understand how the Service is used.

2. How We Use Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are primarily first-party and fall into the following categories.

a. Strictly Necessary (always on)

These are required for the Service to work and cannot be switched off. They include:

  • Authentication / session — keeps you signed in across pages.
  • Security — protects against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) and other abuse, and supports session-integrity checks.
  • Load and routing — basic operation of the application.

Because these are essential, they do not require consent under most laws.

b. Preferences (functional)

Remember your settings and choices (such as display preferences) to improve your experience.

c. Analytics (optional)

Help us understand how the Service is used so we can improve it (for example, which features are used and where errors occur). Where required by law, we use these only with your consent.

We do not use cookies to sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Your Choices

  • Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the Service from working properly (for example, you will not be able to stay signed in).
  • Consent controls. Where required, we provide a mechanism to accept or reject non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time.
  • Do Not Track. Because there is no industry-standard response, we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals at this time; we honor recognized opt-out preference signals where legally required.

4. Third-Party Technologies

Some features (such as payment processing, embedded content, or integrated providers) may set their own cookies governed by those third parties' policies. In particular, the TradingView charting widgets embedded in the Live Charts feature use browser local storage to remember your chart settings, drawings, intervals, and feature toggles; that storage is set and governed by TradingView under its own terms and privacy policy. Other embedded or integrated providers may likewise set their own cookies or storage. Review those providers' policies for details.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last Updated" date.
